40% of excavation for footings has been completed.
Footings and foundation walls are in progress.

Field Turf has commenced work on the synthetic turf field.
Forming walls at the Millcreek pedestrian staircase.
MEP finish work ongoing.
Main entrance storefront and doors installed.
Flooring has commenced in locker rooms, weight room, gymnasium, and dance room.
Site work continues at the playing fields.
Fencing continues at the west and north fence lines.
Pool has been drained, cleaned, and refilled. Pool deck is complete.
Training and commissioning of the pool scheduled for May.
Mechanical room work ongoing.

Cyprus High School Building Construction
Athletics slab on grade has been poured for team locker rooms, wrestling room, coach’s offices, along with PE locker rooms.
Forming tilt-up walls. Setting rebar and electrical conduit and other embedded items.
Crane is on site, being assembled and crane paths have been installed.
Pool footings have been installed. Pool has been excavated and filled in with structural fill and made into a crane path for tilt panels.
Foundation walls being poured between pool and commons.
GeoEnergy drilling continues. 75 out of 200 holes drilled.
Academics footings have been installed.
Underground electrical being installed in orchestra area.
Underground plumbing is continuing in kitchen.
Retaining walls currently being installed along Cordero Drive are waiting on design from contractor.

Soil pad compaction under the building footprint is complete.
Excavation for underground utilities and footings has begun.
Reinforcing and forms placement for footings is in progress.
First footing concrete placement occurred 04/01/22.

Athletics Complex & Academics Building
New pool has been filled and is circulating water.
Existing pool was drained and is being tested for asbestos and abatement.
Boilers are operational and air handling units are providing warm air.
Gymnasium floor has been acclimating to building temperature and humidity.
Field Turf mobilized the week of 04/04/22.
Tiling at bathrooms and pool is ongoing.
Site work continues, including perimeter and athletic field fencing.

Gymnasium slab on grade is being poured for locker rooms, wrestling room, coaches’ offices, along with PE locker rooms.
Framing up tilt walls, prepping for rebar and electrical construction. Tilt walls concrete pouring to begin 04/11/22.
Pool footing has been installed, excavated and filled in with structural fill dirt and made into a crane path for tilt panels.
Geo Energy drilling will be ongoing for the next year.
Building footings have been installed, underground plumbing and electrical installation areongoing.
Retaining walls are currently being installed along Cordero Drive.
