Cyprus High Update – November 2025

Work on some finishing touches continues at Cyprus High School. Click here for a presentation and photos.

Site Work/Exterior Building:

  • Parking lot island landscaping
  • Baseball/Softball AV 
  • Visitor side bleacher gates 

Athletics/Pool:

  • Weight Room/Cardio AV
  • Pool Locker Room/Observation Deck doors
  • Gym shade control

Administration/Commons:

  • Testing Center projector
  • Motors installed on the Serving Area doors
  • Digital vinyl wall covering
  • Operational Kitchen
  • Column extension in Crow’s Nest

Academics/CTE/Social Studies:

  • Metal Shop copper piping
  • Welding booths
  • Electric kilns

Performing Arts:

  • Elevator completed

Skyline High School Update

What is the Project Status?

Students have been enjoying the fully-completed academics building and athletic facilities this school year (2024/2025).

The auditorium and remaining classrooms will be completed in time for the 2026/2027 school year. Some minor site, parking lot, and landscaping work will continue into the 2026/2027 school year.

Cyprus High Construction Tour – January 2025

Status of Projects November 2024 – West Lake STEM

Updates:

  • Work in the Auditorium should be completed by Thanksgiving, with seating and flooring installation in progress.
  • Stage curtains and rigging are completed.
  • Wall graphics in the Commons area and the Media Center are in place.
  • Punch list items are being worked on throughout the building.
  • Landscaping is 99% complete.

Updates:

Academics
● Punch list is ongoing

Performing Arts
● Tilt panels on the north of Performing Arts installed.
● Orchestra pit exterior foundation walls poured, damp proofed, and backfilling taking place.
● Stepped footings and foundation walls pouring on both sides of the orchestra pit.
● Conduits, underground plumbing, and underground HVAC continue to be installed.
● Footings formed and poured on the east side of the orchestra pit.
● Footings on the west side of the orchestra pit are being excavated and prepped for pouring.
● Perimeter gravel and pipe drain system being installed.
