Skyline High School – Athletics Complex
Mount Olympus sewer main work at north property line complete.
MEP continues throughout building.
Tile work is ongoing in all locker rooms.
Boiler room work ongoing.
Dominion Energy installing the gas main to the building.
Rocky Mountain Power installing the main electrical service.
Swimming pool excavation complete. Installation underway.

West Lake STEM Junior High School: School Design
West Lake Junior Community Council reviewed the new school floor plan, elevations and color schemes. The exterior colors were sent out to the community at large for feedback.
Pre-bid meeting was 12/01/21.

- Mount Olympus sewer main work at north property line has started.
- Electrical work at north pedestrian walkway is progressing.
- The tilt panel casting slab at the softball complex has been placed.
- Earth work at demolished art building in progress.

Ground Breaks on New Cyprus High School
Construction has commenced on the new Cyprus High School, and the Magna community and Granite School District are celebrating this momentous step in the school’s 100+ year history.
Cyprus students joined Granite board members, local elected officials, alumni, and community members at the school’s new site (8400 W. 4000 South) to ceremonially turn the dirt that will eventually serve as a foundation for the Home of Pirates.

West Lake STEM J unior High School – Demolition / Site Preperation
- The demolition of the building is done
- Soils are being imported, compacted and site is being staged for construction.
- Soil compaction testing is being conducted and all tests so far have passed inspection.

- Request for Proposal has been issued fo contractors for pre-qualification.
