New pool has been filled and is circulating water.
Existing pool was drained and is being tested for asbestos and abatement.
Boilers are operational and air handling units are providing warm air.
Gymnasium floor has been acclimating to building temperature and humidity.
Field Turf mobilized the week of 04/04/22.
Tiling at bathrooms and pool is ongoing.
Site work continues, including perimeter and athletic field fencing.

Finishing tile work in locker rooms, lockers onsite.
Start up of air handlers has begun, boilers to be started first week of March.
Earthwork continues on athletic fields.
Retaining walls and fences on north and west property lines are under way.
Foundation poured for softball press box.
Footings have been formed for the east wall of the academics building.
Metal siding is being installed on the mechanical penthouse.
Pool lining is being installed.

Mechanical, plumbing, and fire sprinkler work ongoing.
Permanent electrical and gas services have been connected to the athletics building.
Installation of gym equipment has begun.
Tile work is progressing.
Site work, including footing excavation on the west side of the existing academic building, is underway for the new academic wing.
Work continues at the north athletic fields.
Asbestos surveys for the existing pool and auditorium/gymnasium buildings are almost complete.

MEP continues throughout building.
Tile work is ongoing in all locker rooms.
Boiler room work ongoing.
Dominion Energy installing the gas main to the building.
Rocky Mountain Power installing the main electrical service.
Swimming pool excavation complete. Installation underway.
Work in weight room and dance studio continues.
