West Lake STEM Junior High School Building Construction
Perimeter footings and foundations are 75% complete.
Approximately 20,000 sq. ft. of slab has been placed.

More gymnasium tilt panels have been formed and poured
Pool foundation walls have been poured. Others are being formed
Auditorium foundation radius wall and orchestra pit back wall have been poured
Kitchen main underground electrical being installed for transformers and generators.
All crane paths have been installed.

West Lake STEM Junior High School Building Construction
Continued placement of footings and foundations which are 40% complete.
Utilities, including plumbing drain lines, are 10% complete.
Electrical floor outlet installation is 10% complete.
Site storm drain is complete.
Fire and water lines have been tied into the existing Granger/Hunter Water Improvement District lines in the street.

Athletics Complex & Academics Building
Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing continues throughout athletics building.
Pool equipment is energized and circulating water.
Flooring ongoing throughout athletics building.
Base is being placed at artificial turf field.
West concrete panel fencing is 85% complete.
Chain link fencing is ongoing at north property line.
Academics underground mechanical, electrical, and plumbing is being installed.
Salt Lake City Public Utilities water main is being sanitized for testing.
Softball backstop footings and fencing is underway.

Building Construction
Tilt panels for gymnasium have been cast in concrete.
Pool foundation walls are complete.
Other foundation walls are being formed now and waiting for reinforcing steel.
Auditorium and stage walls have been formed, scheduled to pour 6/6/22
Underground electrical in kitchen area is being installed for transformers and generators.
All casting slabs for tilt walls are in place.
Crane and crane paths are in place, in preparation for standing tilt walls which is expected to begin late June.

40% of excavation for footings has been completed.
Footings and foundation walls are in progress.
Storm water drainage system has begun.

Skyline High School Athletics Complex & Academics Building
Field Turf has commenced work on the synthetic turf field.
Forming walls at the Millcreek pedestrian staircase.
MEP finish work ongoing.
Main entrance storefront and doors installed.
Flooring has commenced in locker rooms, weight room, gymnasium, and dance room.
Site work continues at the playing fields.
Fencing continues at the west and north fence lines.
Pool has been drained, cleaned, and refilled. Pool deck is complete.
Training and commissioning of the pool scheduled for May.
Mechanical room work ongoing.
