Status of Projects February 2024 – Skyline High School

Updates:

Academics

●Activity Stairs in the cafeteria are fully erected.
●Drywall and framing are nearing completion in the cafeteria area.
●All in-wall utilities are near completion throughout the entire building.
●Ceiling grid is being worked on in all general classrooms and is complete in the Administration Suite. ●Casework/cabinets are being installed in the lab classrooms on level 4.
●Fixed glass walls have started in the general classroom groups on level 3.
●Curtain wall glass is nearing completion on the Cafeteria.
●Testing Center is now drywalled and taped.
●Trophy shelving is being installed in the new Athletics Vestibule.
●Tile is nearing completion in the Administration bathrooms.
●Fire sprinkler systems are nearing completion on 3 floors.
●Framing in the south stair tower has started.

Status of Projects January 2024 – Skyline High School

Updates:

Academics

  • Activity Stair steel has started in the Cafeteria Space
  • Curtain wall framing (Glass wall) has started around the exterior of the Cafeteria
  • Accent wall paint has started throughout the building
  • Tile is nearing completion in the Kitchen
  • Tile has started in main corridors on Level 2
  • Grid ceiling complete in Administration Suite
  • Athletics Lobby is now open to public for use, with some finishes that still need completing
  • Paint started on Level 3 of the main Academics Building
  • Structure completed on the stair tower on south end of the main Academics building

● Testing center cement poured

● Vestibule curtain wall installation
● Concrete pour backs in the vestibule area

Updates:

  • Glass installation at perimeter of building continues and is over 75% complete.
  • Installation of interior finishes such as tile, paint, and ceiling grid with light fixtures continues.
  • Final portion of interior slab on grade at north end of commons area has been placed.

Status of Projects December 2023 – West Lake STEM

Updates:

  • Roofing membrane is complete, waiting on metal flashing and wall caps to be completed
  • Two Rooftop air handling units have been placed.
  • Glass is being installed around the perimeter of the building.
  • Installation of interior finishes such as tile and paint continue.
  • Concrete floor in the auditorium has been placed.
  • Millwork, overhead doors, and ceiling grids are being installed in the classrooms.
  • Kitchen framing is complete and drywall has begun.
Library and Teachers hub weathered in.
