Updates:

  • Roofing membrane is complete, waiting on metal flashing and wall caps to be completed
  • Two Rooftop air handling units have been placed.
  • Glass is being installed around the perimeter of the building.
  • Installation of interior finishes such as tile and paint continue.
  • Concrete floor in the auditorium has been placed.
  • Millwork, overhead doors, and ceiling grids are being installed in the classrooms.
  • Kitchen framing is complete and drywall has begun.

  • Cafeteria steel complete minus the activity stairs
  • Glass on main Academics Building 90 percent complete
  • Roof completed on the entire building
  • Final paint started in the Administration Suite
  • Athletics Vestibule life safety is complete, finishes (tile, paint, flooring) starting soon
  • Drywall ongoing on all floors, 90 percent complete on the second floor
  • In wall electrical, plumbing nearing completion on all floors 
  • Steel at the south stair tower nearing completion

  • West parking lot has been paved and striped
  • Retaining walls are complete

Academics:

  • Cafeteria and study hall steel is complete minus the main staircase
  • Administration suite is nearing completion with drywall
  • Roof is being completed above the cafeteria area
  • Glass is going in on the remaining openings on the east side of the building
  • Framing is nearing completion on all floors in the main building
  • Rough in-wall electrical and plumbing has started on the second and third floors, and is almost complete on the second floor
  • Canopies for the manufacturing yard and the art yard have been erected
  • The athletics vestibule is starting drywall and will be weather tight by the end of this week

  • Ongoing site grading is in progress
  • Football stadium storage tilt panels raised into position
  • Light pole bases have been installed on the north side of the site

Athletics:

  • Tile and waterproofing in the public restrooms and coaches’ office ongoing
  • PE Locker rooms’ ceiling and paint have been completed
  • Curtain walls for the vestibule and wrestling room installed
  • Drywall installation is ongoing in the dance room
  • Wrestling room benches have been completed

Pool:

  • Seating structures have been formed, and cement pouring by sections

Academics:

  • Stairs going from athletics to academics and 3rd to 4th floor
  • Framing/HVAC on the fourth floor is ongoing
  • Steel erection and metal decking are ongoing in the testing center

Performing Arts:

  • Framing for the projector room is ongoing
  • Scaffolding set in the auditorium for finishes to start
  • Concrete poured on the third level of the upper lobby in the auditorium
