Update the GSD Board and Superintendency on the progress of major construction projects overseen by the Architecture, Engineering & Construction Department on behalf of Granite School District.
Security Upgrades
Security Remodels: New Projects
Hartvigsen School and Rolling Meadows Elementary plans are under review.
Expected to go out to bid in January.

Oakridge Elementary: Security Remodel / Addition
Interior tile work continues moving on to upper level.
Store front is installed at the first floor level. Glass installation starts 12/06/21.
Store front installation for upper level is delayed due to shipping issues. State elevator inspection is scheduled for 12/21/21.



New Construction
West Lake STEM Junior High School: School Design
West Lake Junior Community Council reviewed the new school floor plan, elevations and color schemes. The exterior colors were sent out to the community at large for feedback.
Pre-bid meeting was 12/01/21.



Skyline High School: Athletics Complex
Pool excavation complete.
Kitchen and cafeteria demolished.
Mount Olympus sewer main work at north property line has started.
Electrical work at north pedestrian walkway is progressing.
The tilt panel casting slab at the softball complex has been placed.
Earth work at demolished art building in progress.
